July 30 - August 19, 2016


Day 1 - Arrival in Lima where you will be met and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 - Today we return to the airport for our flight to Arequipa, known as the white city because of the many buildings made with white volcanic rock. Transfer to our hotel and then time to walk around the city center. Breakfast included.

Day 3 - After breakfast we will visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, a peaceful, beautiful,place in the city. It is a wonderful example of the traditional use of sillar, white volcanic rock. Breakfast included.

Day 4 - This morning we will travel to Chivay , the largest town in Colca Canyon. Along the way we pass volcanos and vicuna grazing. After lunch and checking into our hotel we will visit the local hot springs. Breakfast included.

Day 5 - This morning we are up early to drive to the place where people gather to watch condors fly in the morning wind currents.  Return to the hotel and the rest of the day is free. Breakfast included.

Day 6 - We take a bus this morning that takes us to Puno on Lake Titicaca. During the six hour ride we see llama, alpaca, vicuna grazing and flamingo standing in the lakes that we pass. We arrive in Puno in time for lunch.  Breakfast included.

Day 7 - After breakfast we drive to the village of Capachica where we take an beautiful boat ride to the island of Amantani. Once we arrive to the island we have time to to hike up the top with the island where we have a beautiful view of the the lake and its surroundings. All meals included.

Day 8 - We return to Puno and have the rest of the day free. Breakfast included.

Day 9 - Our bus for Cusco leaves at 08:30 am, travels through the high plains and villages. We arrive around 03:00 pm. Hotel in Cusco. Breakfast included.

Day 10 - Today we travel to the sacred valley of the Incas, Urbamba, and Pachamama Wasi, our home for the next few days.  Here you are surrouned by the beauty and healing energy of the Andes Mountains. While here at the Center all meals are included except on those occasions when you are visiting places in the valley and have lunch out. Then everyone needs to pay for their own meals.

Day 11 - Today you will participate in a ceremony for Pachamama, Mother Earth. This tradition has been done here in the Andes since ancient times. Since the Andes Moutains have feminine energy it is the perfect place to do a ceremony for women throughout the world. The ceremony will be led by Manu, Inti's son.

Days 12 - 15 - These days your time will divided between meditation with Inti, a sweat lodge and
visit to the Inca Ruins in the valley.

Day 16 - After an early breakfast we leave to Ollantaytambo where we will catch our train to Machu Picchu. The train follows the Urubamba River, passes glacier covered mountains and Inca ruins until we reach the highland jungle where the sanctuary of Machu Picchu is located. After lunch we will walk to the Mandor Waterfalls where you can go into the water. It is a beautiful and easy hike. Breakfast is included.

Day 17 - Today we will visit the sanctuary of Machu Picchu with Inti. There you can experience the beauty and magic of this wonderful place. Breakfast included.

Day 18 - Free day to enjoy Machu Picchu on your own or to visit the hot springs or to just explore Aguas Calientes, the village where you will stay. Breakfast is included.

Day 19 - This morning we take the train back to Ollantaytambo and from there go to Cusco by van.  After lunch in Cusco we will walk around the city and you can do some shopping. Breakfast included.

Day 20 - Today you fly to Lima; are met and taken to your hotel and have the rest of the  day free. Breakfast included.
Day 21 - Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Land cost: € 2,850.00

Includes the flights from Lima to Arequipa and Cusco to Lima, all land transportation, meals as indicated on the itinerary, hotels, entrance into ruins on the first visit, and ceremonies.
